A former multi-time WWE Tag-Team Champion, Hardcore Champion and Intercontinental Champion, Brian James took the attitude era by storm with his infectious energy, rambunctious personality and outspoken confidence and bravado.  His talent and presence in and out of the ring has left a lasting impact and legacy, which landed him a WWE Hall of Fame ring in 2019.  Outside of the ring James’ influence on the industry continued as a lead writer for WWE Smackdown, a producer for NXT, and a Creative Director for the WWE Performance Center.  James is a 2nd-generation superstar hailing from the legendary Armstrong family.  Son of WWE Hall of Famer Bullet Bob Armstrong and brother to Brad, Scott and Steve, Brian followed in the footsteps of the family business, but only after proudly serving his country in the United States Marines, including multiple tours of duty and an Operation Desert Storm Deployment.
